• Submission of fake documents (Aadhaar, Marksheets) will lead to immediate cancellation of admission without refund.
• HANDS-ON SKILL LAB reserves the right to modify course curriculum to align with the latest industry and Indian healthcare standards.

All study materials, videos, PDFs, and LMS content provided are the exclusive property of HANDS-ON SKILL LAB. Sharing, recording, or distributing this material without written permission is strictly prohibited and punishable under the Indian Copyright Act.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
