Refund Policy

1. Registration & Admission Fees

At MEDICAL SKILLS LAB, the initial registration/admission fee paid to secure a seat in any offline or hybrid batch is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This covers administrative and processing costs.

2. Tuition Fee Refunds

• Before Batch Commencement: If a student wishes to withdraw before their batch starts, they may request a refund of the tuition fee (excluding the registration fee).
• After Batch Commencement: Once classes have started (either online or offline), no tuition fee refunds will be processed.
• Digital/Online-Only Courses: Fees paid for pre-recorded online-only modules (where immediate LMS access is granted) are entirely non-refundable.

3. Batch Transfers

Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch or a different training center within Mumbai/Maharashtra. Approval is subject to seat availability and must be requested within 15 days of the original batch start date.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method (NEFT/UPI/Card) within 7-10 bank working days. All refunds will be calculated in INR (₹).
